Real News has had a conversation with a local Auckland man who had the following to say about X Factor’s Dominic Bowden:

“I always used to see him hanging out at that nightclub under Show Girls. My flatmate was working as a stripper and a hooker at Show Girls and the massage parlour upstairs and we often went down stairs to that nightclub when I would pick her up from her shifts. Bowden was almost always lurking around that bar leaching onto women. I don’t know what other drugs were down there, but 90% of the hookers & strippers were on the hard stuff. There was a small fire exit for smokers out the back and you could see people on those stairs smoking crack pipes. I did anyway. I think whenever you mix hookers, strippers and nightclubs, there is always going to be hard drugs. Anyway- that Bowden lad just seemed like a local down there- as I said, always lurking around the bar. Shouting a lot of shooters to be honest. Usually for the girls. I’d see him drag a few outside also- up the stairs, then gone for the night. This was a few years back- maybe 5 or 6. He came across as a total nightclub stalker sex maniac to me. The picture of a pimp in my view. Maybe he just gets along well with hot girls with drinking problems on crack. Don’t know if he was into the crack- but seemed like everyone else there was. Not sure he would be the best man to front a kids TV show- not with all the stories out of the US about how these ‘show biz’ types live. My guess is he would have only gotten worse over there. I guess its possible he worked there and that would explain why he was always at the bar – but either way you cut it, he still hangs out in a bar under a massage parlour surrounded by hookers and crack smokers. You wouldn’t want him putting his hands near your children would you? Or to have private access to them behind stage etc”. …..
So quite a character is our Dominic Bowden it would seem. One wonders if his ‘hobbies’ have improved at all after a few years in L.A? And what does our source mean by ‘these show biz types’?
There has been many horrible revelations about Hollywood and the Music Industry in recent years. The murders of Michael Jackson, Joan Rivers and Whitney Houston being three of the more well known ones, but others have even involved child abuse rings operating among Hollywood’s ‘elite’. We include a few links to such stories below – from the XMen directors to many big name Hollywood stars and directors. It seems almost a part of the deal over there.
We are not of course claiming any direct link between ‘show biz’ pedo rings and Dominic Bowden directly. For legal purposes we should perhaps state categorically that we do not.
Perhaps the message is really just that good Kiwi parents should be aware of such matters before putting their children and their possible futures in the hands of some privately run Corporation like Media Works, its presenters like Dominic Bowden and its big media ‘partners’ in the US and Britain. They are all clearly following the same format/ business model and where there is smoke there is often fire. And asking questions is always good- it can also prompt people to speak out and distance themselves from such behavior. Most importantly – the NZ media are always very careful not to report on most of these ‘Hollywood’/ Show Biz scandals – so its good to raise such questions where possible so parents can at least be aware of who their kids could be exposed to, in the name of ‘entertainment’.
